THE INNER GAME Methodology Workshop

The most effective method for overcoming self-imposed barriers and achieving one’s full potential.

It started on a tennis court. 50 years later, it's timeless principles have transformed athletes, coaches, entrepreneurs and business leaders.

The Inner Game is about Performance, Learning and Enjoyment. The most common barriers to reaching optimal potential are the ways we all interfere with ourselves; self-doubt, fear of failure, judgmental thinking, and confusion of goals. We tend to be our own worst enemies. Fearless focus is the key to an unobstructed course.

For over 50 years, we’ve been optimizing performance, learning and enjoyment for companies, teams, and individuals worldwide.

Learning and evolving are inherently enjoyable when impulses of self-interference are ignored instead of entertained. When you can work and play “in the zone” or “the flow,” you will naturally learn, and enjoy richly – human performance at it’s purest.

Regardless of your role or position, the principles of The Inner Game can be applied and prove to be highly beneficial. Whether you are an employee, a business owner, a team leader, an educator, a mentor, or someone who nurtures and guides others, these principles are universally applicable.

The Inner Game techniques and tools were applied in many different companies like Apple, AT&T, Coca-Cola, GE, Harley-Davidson, IBM, Rolls-Royce, among others.

Tim's Story

In the mid-1970s, Tim Gallwey gained valuable insights about experiential learning during a tennis lesson he gave in California. He realized that individuals could enhance their learning experience through a more hands-off approach.

In Tim’s 1974 book, “The Inner Game of Tennis”, he introduced this realization to the world. What started as a simple book for tennis players was transformed into a comprehensive guide for anyone seeking to excel in their chosen field. Whether it’s sports or other personal endeavors, the potential range of applications was limitless.

The Inner Game is still considered to be the MOST effective method for overcoming self-imposed barriers and achieving one's full potential.

Bringing the core concepts of the Inner Game alive through an experiential workshop.

There are more players that have the talent to be the best in the world than there are winners. One way of looking at it is that winners get in their own way less. They interfere with the raw expression of talent less. And to do that, first they win the war against fear, against doubt, against insecurity—which are no minor victories.”
